BRASÍLIA 50 ANOS | LIFE FILE :: THE BUILDINGS ::: INSIDE THE PALACE OF THE DAWN by DMITRI KESSEL
It’s difficult to find photographs of the interiors of Oscar Niemeyer’s Palace of the Dawn — it seems to be interdit to the press.
Yet, LIFE’s Dmitri Kessel got in and took a few shots, back in 1961 when Brazil’s presidential palace was only a few years old.
Great photos of a masterpiece of modern architecture from the files of Life.
